 | Lin writes: I used TIRE silk threads and had to enlarge the smallest pricking provided by Louise Colgan. I also used an Astro metallic thread and small (not sure of size) seed beads for the eyes. I love working with this silk thread. It is actually a sewing machine embroidery thread but is so smooth that tension is never a problem. It just slides into place and stays put.
